By submitting a listing, you represent and warrant that:

Property listings are available through paid listing packages. Package features, pricing, duration, and benefits are displayed before purchase.

All payments must be made through the payment methods available on the Platform.

Users must not engage in any of the following activities:

• Publish false, misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive property information.
• Post duplicate or unauthorized listings.
• Upload unlawful, offensive, defamatory, or copyrighted content without permission.
• Attempt unauthorized access to the Platform.
• Use bots, scraping tools, or automated systems to collect website data.
• Interfere with the operation or security of the Platform.

All trademarks, logos, software, website design, graphics, text, and other proprietary content on Housedekh.com are owned by or licensed to Housedekh.com.

Housedekh.com does not verify the ownership, legal status, approvals, pricing, availability, or accuracy of property listings. Users must independently verify all information before making any property-related decision.

Housedekh.com shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:

• Property transactions between users.
• Inaccurate or misleading listings.
• Fraudulent acts by advertisers or buyers.
• Technical interruptions or website downtime.
• Loss of business, revenue, profits, or data.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account or listing that violates these Terms, applicable law, or our policies. Such action may be taken without prior notice.

The laws of India shall govern these Terms. Any disputes arising from the use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Panchkula, Haryana, India.
