No Refund Policy

All purchases are final

All Purchases Are Final and Non-Refundable

All purchases made on Housedekh.com are final and non-refundable. By purchasing a listing package, you acknowledge and agree that no refund, credit, or partial refund will be provided after payment has been successfully processed, regardless of whether the listing is used, receives enquiries, or is removed by the user.

No Refunds Will Be Issued For

Specific situations excluded from refunds

Refunds will not be provided under any of the following circumstances:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Unused or partially used listing packages
  • Sale or rental of the property before the package expires
  • Lack of enquiries or leads
  • Incorrect listing information submitted by the advertiser
  • Failure to use the purchased package within its validity period
  • Suspension or removal of a listing due to violation of our Terms & Conditions or applicable law

Duplicate Payments

In case of accidental double payment

If the same payment is processed more than once due to a verified technical error, Housedekh.com may, at its sole discretion, refund the duplicate amount or apply it as account credit after verification.

This is the only scenario where a refund or credit may be considered. All such requests will be subject to thorough verification before any action is taken.

Failed Transactions

Payment deducted but package not activated

If payment is deducted but the listing package is not activated because of a technical issue attributable to Housedekh.com, we will investigate the matter and either activate the purchased package or reverse the duplicate charge, where applicable.

Note: To report a failed transaction, please contact us at support@housedekh.com with your transaction ID and payment screenshot within 48 hours of the transaction.

Cancellation

Deleting or deactivating your listing

Users may delete or deactivate their listings at any time. However, cancellation by the user does not entitle them to any refund, credit, or extension of the purchased package.

Changes to this refund policy

Housedekh.com reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon publication on the Website. We encourage users to review this policy periodically.
